CALL FOR INNOVATORS

Nestlé Startup Program is born within the “Nestlé needs YOUth” project, a global Nestlé initiative that aims to help 10 million young people to have access to economic opportunities by 2030 through projects such as the Nestlé Startup Program, which provides startups and young entrepreneurs the tools and skills to transform their ideas into projects.

OUR CHALLENGES

Who is it FOR?

Will be able to participate: consolidated teams of passionate and capable individuals who believe in forward-looking and planet-saving solutions for the food system, already formed innovative startups, as well as research projects from universities and private or public research centers will be able to participate.

It is necessary that your team is composed mainly of individuals under 30,your solution can be applied to the tomato supply chain, you have well-defined and measurable KPIs and the aspiration to be scalable internationally.

HOW DOES IT WORK

01 Selection

All applications will be analysed and we'll select the 15 teams that will have access to the R&D Training held by the Future Food Institute.

02 R&D Training

The selected teams will participate in the training program held by the Future Food Institute lasting 4 weeks in system-thinking, lean methodology and Prosperity Thinking, after which 3 teams will be selected to participate in the next phase.

03 Field experimentation

The 3 selected teams will be put in direct contact with Nestlé's tomato suppliers and will work on the field side by side with Nestlé's mentors and Future Food's innovation coach to implement and test their project in a real environment.

04 Boot Camp

The three teams will participate in a final Boot Camp where they will present the results achieved and will work on the actual implementation of their project.
